This city hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk or catch public transport to explore the city. the rooms are spacious and clean, offering comfortable bedding, and the hotel staff provides excellent service. One of the best hotel we have stayed in for some time. The hotel was clean modern and right in the heart of the Restaurant/bar area

Location, space, facilities
The chairs were not comfortable. Not enough towels in bathrooms. Rooms not warm enough. Staff at front desk slow to respond to request. elevator man asked me every evening — every time I approached the elevator — "may I help you?" And planted himself in the wya of the elevator to prevent my ingress. Get someone with better memory that greets guests more warmly

The room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with exclusive amenities such as a Nespresso coffee machine and a marble bathroom with a rain shower. Not to mention the breathtaking views of the city skyline from the large window! the service was impeccable, with friendly staff always ready to fulfill our every need. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet served in the sophisticated restaurant on the top floor.
The only minor issue we encountered was the slightly noisy environment, especially when the bar/lounge area got busy in the evening. this was easily solved by asking for a higher floor room.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The best aspects were the location and the staff. The hotel is right in the heart of the action, perfect for those who want to party and explore the city. It's conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with any queries or requests. The room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the upgrade that I received. Plus, the hotel facilities, especially the bar, were top-notch.
Hard to think of anything negative.

The rooms were great, bed was comfortable, bathroom was amazing. Restaurant upstairs was good for breakfast. Interior looked good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Its a bit noisy on the weekends at night (but expected given that its in the middle of lkf, not a complaint as such, just an observation) The internet could be quite slow at times.

Fun, frenetic vibe in reception with quick efficient service. Lovely bathroom, great pillows.
The detail & photos on Booked.net led us to believe there would be a large roof terrace with water & seating (think shots of Gold terrace were used) and that our room would be much bigger. Slightly misleading. Expensive for what it really was.

Spacious rooms and comfortable bedding. Great location with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Buffet breakfast served good quality food with a nice variety of selections.
Noise from nearby bars can be heard at night. Confusing switches and buttons for lights and window shades.

This small hotel is ideally located in the heart of Hong Kong, offer a superb comfort and have designer room. the view from the bar / breakfast room is stunning . Staff is very helpful and if price is not on the cheap side this is still a good value for Hong Kong.
